Great customer service! I had a wasp nest near my water softener that I didn’t even know was there. When the team came out to replace my salt, the technician discovered it and, unfortunately, he was allergic to bees and couldn’t safely complete the job.

Instead of simply calling me and leaving it for me to handle, they went the extra mile and sent another technician out with wasp spray to take care of the nest and replace my salt.

That is pretty spectacular customer service! They saw a problem, took care of it, and made sure the job was completed without any hassle for me. I really appreciate a company that goes above and beyond for its customers!

We had a great experience working with Aqua-Soft Water Conditioning in the purchase and installation of a water softener for our home. Roger was very professional and detailed in recommending the best unit for our home. The installation went smoothly and technician Matt explained the features and how to maintain the unit. We were very pleased with Aqua-Soft and would highly recommend them.

We have been tolerating our water for years and finally called Aqua Soft. We have had quotes from other vendors that were excessive so we didn't do anything. Roger, the owner, responded immediately and came to our house the next day. He was informative and explained the system that would soften our hard water to improve our water quality and also dechlorinate the city water. The best part is that it was so affordable. We were fortunate that the system was installed the next day and we immediately tasted the difference. We know we have safer water and better quality for showers, cooking, cleaner laundry and peace of mind. Call Aqua Soft for a No pressure meeting and great water.

I have been a very happy customer for 10 years, and I have never had a problem. They do a good job of notifying you when service is do, and they show up when they say they are going to show up. There system is so simple to use. We love the reverse osmosis.

I recently had an issue with changing out my water filter under the sink! My usual company couldn’t figure out the problem! Called Aqua-Soft water cond. company and they came out promptly the next morning! He fixed it and changed the filter! He took the time to check my water to make sure what I was drinking is good:) He did a lot of looking and also checked outside! He put air in my under the sink tank so the water comes out faster! He owned the company for so many years and you can tell he knows what he is doing! I think his name was Roger but I forgot:)
He was more thorough than the people I used to use for years! I have switched to this company! My other company was charging me $63.00 to fill my salt tank every month! This company only charged me 26 dollars. They don’t pack my tank with tons of salt… just what is needed and also some citric acid to keep things clean in there. I was very impressed and happy I found Aqua-Soft. They will be doing my salt and yearly checks and filter changes from now on!!! Happy to find an honest company who takes pride in being thorough!!!

I highly recommend Aqua Soft for the following reasons …
Great communication…phone calls promptly returned and all questions answered
Very professional and knowledgeable
Fair pricing
A true family business… I dealt with Roger and Matt, father and son
They came recommended to me by a friend. I was seeking a water softener system.
I rarely make public reviews, but, I felt this business deserved it. Simply nice people that are ethical and are
great at what they do.

I bought an older house that has a well and a water treatment system that was old and not maintained. I got 5 different companies to come out and suggest solutions and give me quotes, and AquaSoft is who I felt the most comfortable with.

Roger is awesome, he is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. He also debunked the need for changing my pressure tank that 3 of the others told me I needed. He suggested exactly the system I needed and his price was very fair and reasonable compared to others.

The install team (Roger's son + another tech) were also great, friendly, timely, efficient, and tidy. When I had follow up questions Roger has been available and helpful.

I highly recommend AquaSoft, I was lucky to find them. I wish I had a "before" picture, it was a whole mess of old equipment. Now it's neat and tidy and around the corner.

Roger and all of the techs are fantastic. I had an issue with my water. Roger came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. His team was out the next day to replace one of the water softener tanks. He didn’t want me to have bad water over the weekend. He followed up with a phone call today (Monday) to make sure everything was good.

I highly recommend Aqua Soft for your water needs. They are responsive, kind, professional and know exactly what they are doing.z fantastic company!
